To log in to Nameway®'s website:

Go to http://my.nameway.com

Click on 'Login Now' or 'log-in'
Fill in your Login ID and Password
Click the 'Log-in' button.

I've lost my user ID and/or password, how do I retrieve it?

If you know your Login ID but cannot remember your password and the email address listed for your account is valid, then you can use our online tool to have your password emailed to you.

If you are still unable to retrieve your login ID or password using the suggestions above please send a request to our Support team and be sure to include your domain name(s) to assist us in locating your account. When I tried to log into my account, it said it has been disabled. What is the problem with my account?

This is usually caused by some problem with your credit card on a previous purchase, or it may result if you tried to log into your account too many times with an invalid password.

When I try to log in it just takes me back to the login page without an error message.

This is usually the result of an incorrect date and time setting on your computers internal clock. If the time and date on your computer are not current the cookie saved to your computer during the login process may expire immediately so that you will be asked to log in again.

Here are some other tips on successfully logging into your account:
The Nameway® family of websites will ONLY work correctly with the following supported browsers:

How do I change my account password or secret word? Can I change the login name?

To make updates to your account (billing) information page:

Log into your account.
Click on "my account".

Make updates to your account information, password, or secret word on this page. Save changes. All changes are immediate.

Once you have created your login name, it cannot be changed.

How do I turn on Cookies in Netscape?

PC and MAC

From your browser, go to:
Edit --> Preferences.
Click on "advanced" in the left window (Netscape6: double-click) (Netscape 6.1: double click "Privacy and Security" option).
Netscape6: click on the sub-menu item named "cookies".
Select the "accept all cookies option" in the right window.
Click OK.

To chance the password for your client's domain:

Log into your account.
Click on "domain names", "my domains"
Click on the domain name link you wish to update.
Under Utilities, select "Domain Access Password".
Enter the new password, and save changes.
