Ensuring you can use each and every gigabyte (GB) you pay for puts real
value in our bandwidth. At the end of each month, unused bandwidth is applied
to your rollover bandwidth balance, in 1 gigabyte (GB) increments. In a
month where you exceed your allocated bandwidth, your rollover bandwidth
balance is depleted before you incur bandwidth overage. There is no limit
to the amount of rollover bandwidth you can accrue and your rollover bandwidth
balance never expires.
What is Rollover Bonus and how does it work?
Nameway®;'s Rollover Bonus allows any unused bandwidth from your monthly
plan to automatically rollover to the next month. For example, if you have
50 gigabytes (GB) of bandwidth to use a month. If you only use 10 gigabytes
in a month, the remaining 40 gigabytes will rollover, giving you 90 gigabytes
to use in the following month (50 from the plan, plus 40 unused gigabytes
rolled over from the previous month).
Will I still be charged for excess bandwidth?
Yes, you will still be charged for excess bandwidth if you use over your
available bandwidth for the month. The amount of available bandwidth is
calculated by adding your included plan bandwidth for the month as well
as any rollover bandwidth that you may have.
What happens to my Rollover hours if I change my plan?
If you change from one plan to another plan your bandwidth will continue
to rollover as normal.
